1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Angler's Odyssey website (fishingenthusiasts.co.uk), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

- "FS Points": In-game points (Fantasy Score / Funny Score / Fortune Sparks) used in our games

You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use our services and that they have agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

5. Products and Services
5.1 Fishing Tackle and Equipment
We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of all products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content on our website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.
5.2 Digital Games
Digital games are provided as downloadable content or access codes. Once purchased, games are non-refundable unless required by UK consumer law. All games are subject to their respective end-user license agreements.
5.3 FS Points and In-Game Items
FS Points (Fantasy Score / Funny Score / Fortune Sparks) are in-game points with no real-world monetary value. FS Points:
- Cannot be exchanged for real money or goods
- Cannot be transferred between accounts
- May be reset or modified at our discretion
- Are subject to the rules of each individual game
6. Orders and Payment
6.1 Order Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase products or services. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.
6.2 Payment
Payment must be made at the time of order. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed on our website. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors.
6.3 Pricing
All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
7. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged or lost shipments.
7.1 Delivery Methods
We offer various delivery options:
- Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days (free for orders over £50)
- Express Delivery: 1-2 business days (additional fee applies)
- Next Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 2 PM (additional fee applies)
- Click & Collect: Available at our London store location
7.2 Delivery Issues
If you experience delivery issues:
- Contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date
- We will investigate and provide a resolution within 5 business days
- If a product is lost in transit, we will replace it or provide a full refund
- If a product arrives damaged, we will arrange a replacement or refund
7.3 International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom. For international orders, please contact us to discuss available options. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
8. Returns and Refunds
8.1 Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Rights)
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods (or 14 days from the day you receive the goods, whichever is later) without giving any reason.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by email or phone. Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
8.2 Refunds
We will process refunds within 14 days of receiving returned goods. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Digital products and games are generally non-refundable unless defective or as required by law.
8.3 Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately. We will replace the product or provide a full refund in accordance with UK consumer protection laws.
8.4 Return Process
To return a product:
- Contact us within 14 days of receipt to request a return authorization
- We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions
- Package the item in its original packaging with all accessories
- Ship the item back to us using the provided label
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days
Note: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we made an error.
8.5 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable unless defective:
- Digital games and downloadable content
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items damaged by misuse or normal wear and tear
- Items returned after the 14-day return period
9. Intellectual Property

9.1 User-Generated Content
If you submit content to our website (reviews, comments, photos, etc.), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute such content for any purpose.
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the right to grant the license for the content
- The content does not infringe any third-party rights
- The content is not defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful
9.2 DMCA and Copyright Infringement
If you believe your copyright has been infringed, please contact us with:

10. User Conduct

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Angler's Odyssey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11.3 Exclusions
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Any other liability that cannot be excluded by UK law
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Angler's Odyssey and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of our services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Any content you submit or transmit through our services
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination:
- Your right to use our services will immediately cease
- We may delete your account and associated data
- Any FS points or in-game progress may be lost
- Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect
14. Promotions, Discounts, and Coupons
We may offer promotions, discounts, coupons, or special offers from time to time. These offers are subject to the following terms:
- Offers are valid only for the specified time period
- Only one promotion or coupon may be used per order
- Offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated
- We reserve the right to modify or cancel offers at any time
- Offers are subject to product availability
- We may require a minimum purchase amount
Promotional codes are non-transferable and have no cash value. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that uses an invalid, expired, or fraudulent promotional code.
15. Warranties and Product Descriptions
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However:
- Product images are for illustrative purposes and may not reflect exact appearance
- We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or descriptions

17. Dispute Resolution

17.2 Alternative Dispute Resolution

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also have rights under the laws of those jurisdictions, and nothing in these Terms affects those rights.
